Pavement Tool Manufacturers, Inc. was organized in 1990 from Pavement Maintenance Supply Company Which formed in 1984 by Bud Smith with the ideas of manufacturing asphalt contractor quality tools and stencils, and making them available through short runs and U.P.S. to places where tools were not available or just did not exist. Today, most of these tools are readily available through contractor supply houses, mail order catalogs, paint and sign stores, and other product and equipment mfrs. throughout the United States and Canada. This company strives to manufacture quality products and give the best service to our customers.
