We are a small breeder located in North East Texas, specializing in handfed Sun Conures, Jenday Conures, Congo African Greys, Umbrella Cockatoo, Moluccan Cockatoo, Lesser Sulphur and MediumCrested Cockatoo, Goffin Cockatoo, Greenwing Macaw and Blue and Gold Macaw as well as breeder pairs. We offer wrought iron cages from small to large to house any size parrot. As you will see in the following pages, this is truly a labor of love. All of our birds receive individual attention and love daily, after all, the return love and kisses from them is incredible. Each bird has and knows their name and their mate's name, as well as ours. After all, we are the servants. These exquisite guys shower us with tricks, phrases, and just overall acceptance every day. They really do aim to please. We get as much enjoyment from them as they do us. We have several breeders, and once eggs are laid and hatched, their babies are pulled at 2 weeks and hand feed till fully weaned, just as any good surrogate parent would. We try very hard to spoil the babies, and have succeeded quite well.
Our birds are all housed in an indoor aviary with controlled temperature and equal amounts of daylight as well as moonlight. Soft music or "Sounds of the 80's" is played for them during the waking hours. All our feathered pals are fed a pellet diet with fresh fruit and/or veggies 3 times a week. Virtually no seed enters our birds diet due to the high fat content and the lack of protein and vitamins found in this type of diet. An overweight, malnutritioned bird, is not a happy bird.
